We've noticed that some spam bots found the HCCL site interesting and had taken the liberty to post junk on the comments for this news article. We've taken steps to kill their unsolicited links and are working to stop the bots for good. Thank you all for your patience as we work to defeat the spammers.

I think that we can now safely report that we have eliminated the spam bot issues that the comments section of the web site had been experiencing. We'll continue to closely monitor things to be sure. Thank you all for your understanding and patience.

Update: The spammers have been seriously held back on the news comments section of the web site. Nothing else has been affected. We expect to have everything done by the evening.

As an end user, with no interest in moidnyifg programs, thank you for this article and thread.I have used vTiger briefly for a few months, with primarily contact and calendar information. No problems.Recently have been testing Sugar, and it seems to work similarly for an end user, for simple contact and calendar work.Had always read vTiger is poorly written and documented, but no idea what that meant. Now it seems clear. Also, Amazon lists several SugarCRM texts, while vTiger has one or two. Safari has two Sugar texts (neither great for me) and none for vTiger.Good luck to everyone, and it is painful to read the problems people have experienced.
